The PJ Lady ships all package via Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation and Insurance are available for an additional charge. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days, however, ship times are not guaranteed. This is ship time only and does not include in house processing time.
If you choose not to purchase insurance & delivery confirmation, no coverage for loss or damage during shipping will be provided. The purchaser assumes all liability for lost or damaged packages without insurance.
Exchange Policy:
The PJ Lady will replace any item with a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure that the merchandise is returned in its original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed) and that you include the order number and your reason for return. After 30 days, all sales are final. Please e-mail us at info@pjlady.com for specific details.
On all other purchases, we will be glad to exchange your item for a different item or size, or, issue you a merchandise credit. All exchanges/returns must be in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging). We will be unable to process any exchange or credit on merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. A 20% restocking fee and return postage will be charged on all exchanges/merchandise credits. Your merchandise credit will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 12 months. We are sorry; however, items that have been personalized can not be exchanged. After 30 days, all sales are final.
