Exchange Policy:
The PJ Lady will replace any item with a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure that the merchandise is returned in its original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed) and that you include the order number and your reason for return. After 30 days, all sales are final. Please e-mail us at info@pjlady.com for specific details.
On all other purchases, we will be glad to exchange your item for a different item or size, or, issue you a merchandise credit. All exchanges/returns must be in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging). We will be unable to process any exchange or credit on merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. A 20% restocking fee and return postage will be charged on all exchanges/merchandise credits. Your merchandise credit will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 12 months. We are sorry; however, items that have been personalized can not be exchanged. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Please remember that all clearance merchandise is final sale, no exchanges allowed. Should you have any further questions about our exchange policy, please contact us at info@pjlady.com.
Shipping:
The PJ Lady ships within the US only and ships all packages via priority and express mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation are available for an additional charge. If you choose not to purchase insurance & delivery confirmation, no coverage for loss or damage during shipping will be provided. The purchaser assumes all liability for lost or damaged packages without insurance. Once shipped, priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to most areas. Please note that this is shipping time only and does not include "in-house processing times".
Order Processing:
Whether buying for yourself or as a gift, we want to make sure you have your item(s) when you need them. To help you plan accordingly, please note our estimated in-house processing times (these are processing times only, and do not include shipping time):
January 15- September 30: In-stock, non personalized items, 3-5 business days. In-stock, personalized items, 1-2 weeks. Rush Orders: non personalized items, 2-3 business days, $5.00/item additional fee. Personalized items, 3-5 business days, $8.00/item additional fee. If an item is sold out and alternate items are not listed, rush service can not be provided.
All packages shipping to an APO will not be processed through our normal shipping channels and will take additional time to process. Due to this, we can not accept rush orders going to an APO. An additional handling fee of $10.00 will be charged on all orders going to an APO. Please contact us at info@pjlady.com if you have any questions regarding APO's before your order is placed.Our patterns sell quickly and sometimes sold out items may not be reflected on our website. To avoid delays, we ask that you always list a 2nd or 3rd choice in the comments section of the order page. If an item is no longer available, and you do not list a 2nd and 3rd choice, your order will be shipped with only the items that are avaiable.
October 1 - December 14: In-stock, non personalized items, up to 3 weeks to process.
We really dont want you to be disappointed so please read carefully: If an item is no longer available, and you do not list a 2nd and 3rd choice, those items will not be shipped and only the items you ordered that are in stock will be shipped. We are sorry, but after October 1st we are unable to notify you in a timely manner regarding product availability. It can take up to 3 weeks for us to let you know you are receiving a partial order or that your order is being canceled due to sold out product. Please don't wait too late to order!
September 30 is our cutoff date for placing online monogram orders until we reopen in January. From October 1 - November 11, we can only accept monogram orders at shows. No rush orders will be accepted due to high volumes. As always, please contact us at info@pjlady.com with any questions, but remember, after September 30, it may take us a while to get back to you.
The PJ Lady closes for the holidays every year from December 15 to January 5.
